SAH Diagnostics Ltd re-affirms its commitment to achieve Net Zero greenhouse-gas emissions by 2048, two years ahead of the UK’s statutory deadline for the health-care sector.

Our Net Zero strategy – at a glance

Scope: All direct (Scope 1), energy-indirect (Scope 2) and value-chain (Scope 3) emissions, including supply chain, patient journeys and end-of-life disposal of consumables.
Assessment platform: Evergreen® SmartCarbon, using the latest DEFRA conversion factors (independently reviewed, August 2024).
Governance: Oversight by the Board of Directors; progress reviewed quarterly and disclosed annually.

Supplier engagement programme: embed carbon-scoring in procurement; preference for circular and low-carbon goods.
Travel optimisation: strict “digital-first” policy for internal and client meetings; mode-shift incentives for staff using public transport.

Statement of approval

This Carbon Reduction Plan was reviewed and approved by the Board of SAH Diagnostics Ltd. It supersedes all earlier versions and will be updated at least annually.
